We need to periodically (twice a year?) let everyone know that this Regional Directory still exists, and be able to appeal for help in finding lost HHHs. If you give us your details you'll get the odd mail and maybe can help with contact names.
This list is also used to mail out details of major interhashing events in Africa. And it's available for use by anyone who needs to mail the sub-continent.

So, if you're an On-Sec or feel the need to be in the know, then give us your name. We will not release the listing to others for unauthorised spamming. If you really need to mail the masses then send the text to us by e-mail. We''ll check it out and then remail to the list if it's appropriate. That's the best we can offer to control spam.
