• All fees are quoted in South African Rands (SAR) and will be strictly adhered to as per the above cut off dates. Please note that for bank drafts, cheques and international money orders you must add an additional SAR100 to cover bank charges.
• For credit card payments an additional 5% of the total value will be added to cover the appropriate charges.
• Registrations fees once paid are non-refundable, however you can sell your registration to another hasher as is the hashing norm.
• Please note that the registration fee includes accommodation & breakfast at a 4 star hotel for Friday 08.04.2005, Saturday 09.04.2005 & Sunday 10.04.2005 - the hash meals (being Friday 08.04.2005 -Supper; Saturday 09.04.2005 Lunch & Supper and Sunday 10.04.2005 - Brunch), runs, goody bag, transport to and from runs, shuttle bus as per the schedule of events.
• It excludes all items of a personal nature, visas, transport and other meals, any pre and post ambles and any optional tours unless otherwise specified in the itinerary.
